Built on an AI-enabled platform BDx Single Pane provides centralized control to your teams for monitoring the environmental conditions of your datacenter footprint as well as providing away to manage the IT workload, agnostic of the location of the workload. With the discovery tool, BDx Single Pane can map your enterprise IT elements across the physical, virtual and cloud environments and build the relationships to enable your team to have verifiable insights.
Integrated with BDx’s ITSM ticketing and workflow system, BDx Care, this provides not just the tracking of health parameters but also the state of triage of your events, notification on planned events, site visit requests and a dashboard to view the assurance parameters.
Currently, both AWS and Azure Clouds are supported by BDx Single Pane and this will be extended to enable other Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) soon.
